Clinical Model
Testing
Disposable home sleep apnea test, shipped to the patient's door. They sleep as they normally would, in their own bed, and discard the device after use.
Interpretation
Every study is reviewed personally by a board-certified sleep specialist. Our Medical Director, Brent Jacobus, MD, is a neurologist and board-certified sleep specialist who served members of the U.S. Air Force for nearly a decade.
Treatment Matching
Treatment matched to the diagnosis — CPAP, oral appliance therapy, or positional therapy — rather than defaulted to CPAP.
Escalation
Patients whose results indicate higher-acuity needs are referred on to a trusted partner for specialist care.
Follow-up
Setup support for the prescribed treatment, with remote monitoring and follow-ups at 30, 90, and 150 days.
